So often, personal trainers focus on strength and endurance and totally leave out the 3rd element of physical fitness: FLEXIBILITY!! Our training sessions will focus equally on all three elements, giving you the balance needed to live your best life!
Half hour session at your gym: $35
Hour-long session at your gym; $65
Half hour session in your home: $40
Hour-long session in your home $75
Couple/Small Group sessions available upon request. Call or email to discuss needs and options.

Let's spend some time going over what you are currently eating and what your nutrition goals are. We can create an eating plan that is doable and delicious and that will leave you feeling satisfied and and full of energy, all while helping you lose (or gain) the weigh needed to feel your best!!
Initial consultation/Planning session: $75 for an hour of undivided attention to YOU and your nutrition needs and goals. Let's make a PLAN that you can not only stick with but ENJOY!
Face to face coaching (2x per month and bi-weekly text or phone check-ins): $45 per session/$90 per month.

Jennifer has been teaching group fitness and yoga classes for over 10 years. She is currently the media coordinator at Shallotte Middle School and is the mom of three athletic and active boys who have kept her busy for nearly 30 years. As her children move on toward adulthood, Jennifer has been able to further pursue her her true passion of bringing fitness to others through classes and personal training. She is excited to offer her expertise in fitness to you!!
Jennifer has the following certifications: ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Personal Training and Nutrition Counseling, 200 Hours YTT, YogaFit, Les Mills Body Pump, Group Fitness and Cycling through Fitour.
Jennifer brings the personal touch to her training through really getting to know her clients' strengths and weaknesses, goals and desires. She is an avid listener and encourager, who promotes living a quality life through functional fitness and health choices. Incorporating a variety of equipment and yoga poses, Jennifer keeps sessions fresh and challenging. for clients of all ages and abilities.
